We are proud to serve every Michelin Star restaurant in Orange County, as well as countless notable fine dining establishments in the Southern California region.
In 2024, Malaia's Microgreens became PrimusGFS certified, which includes GFSI, GAP, GMP, and HACCP certifications. This is the highest level of food safety certifications a farm can achieve.
Malaia's Microgreens was awarded a $250,000 grant by the CDFA to expand operations to over 4x in size. We were one of the first farms to receive a grant of this kind, to invest in urban agriculture and promote sustainable farming methods.
